Contest ("Contest") sponsored by Wow-Finds Worldwide ("Sponsor") and administered by F-Cubed ("Administrator"). Contest begins on May 1, 2023 at 12:00pm and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59pm ("Contest Period").

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only full name, valid email address, as well as a social media comment, share (where allowed) and follow on one of Wow-Finds Worldwide social media channels are required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.

By providing your information in the registration form and clicking submit you consent to the Sponsor and Administrator contacting you in the future regarding this contest and F-Cubed businesses only.

 

We WILL NOT sell or provide your information to anyone else.

Contest is open to legal residents of Canada or the USA, who have reached the age of majority in their respective province/state/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employee or contractor, are not eligible to enter.

One (1) winner will be chosen at random using a computerized random selector tool, on January 2, 2024. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. A list of winners will be displayed on F-Cube's social media channels and website.

Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and any other named website or company are in no way associated with this giveaway. If applicable, social media posts must be made Public to be eligible for entry. A reply to the winning email is required within forty-eight (48) before a new winner is chosen. The winner's entries will be verified.

Residents of Canada, and any other country where it is required, will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize.

​

Administrators and Sponsors reserve the right to publish winner's first name and last initial.

​

The prize is a one (1) night stay in Parc Omega at any of their accommodation experiences; OR three (3) consecutive nights at a Marriott chain hotel of the winner's choosing. 

​

Retail value of the prize shall not exceed $1000CAD, however no cash equivalent, nor the difference between the actual prize value and the approximate prize value will be given.

​

Date of contest prize will be at the winner's request, but is based on availability at the selected location and cannot be guaranteed until booked and confirmed.

​

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.

The Sponsors shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.

​

All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein as part of the prize description (the “Expenses”) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or guest(s), where applicable. All prize elements are subject to availability and substitution. The winner shall not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from the Sponsors.

​
