Venison jerky is very high in protein, and low in fat and contains other key minerals and nutrients including iron, zinc, B12, and selenium.
The venison meat has been processed for human consumption, and further processed in our very own B&T Pet kitchen, which was built and equiped to meet commercial kitchen standards.
